The business as founded by Neil Lovis early in 2013. Neil brings a wealth of knowledge to the business. Has over 28 years experience in the banking and finance industry.
He has worked in the UK for a number of years for major banking groups such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds TSB, Bank of New York, & Santander. Apart from the major banks where he held roles in business development, relationship management and credit underwriting, Neil has also worked for subsidiary companies in structuring invoice finance and asset finance solutions and international trade. Neil left the UK 8 years ago and moved to New Zealand and then Melbourne to work with ANZ on the corporate and commercial side prior to setting up Omega Finance.
Throughout Neil's career, on the commercial side, he has worked with many businesses and from inception to sale, from sole traders to large corporates across a wide range of industries. This coupled with his wide ranging lending experience, enables Neil to provide you with the most appropriate funding structure and solutions for your businesses' needs.
At the same time, often working with the same clients, Neil has been responsible for structuring and approving residential and investment property loans for individuals purchasing, renovating or refinancing either a single or portfolio of properties. Through Omega Finance and with Neil's experience, he has access to a wide range of lenders to ensure he provide the best options for you.
We pride ourselves on our professionalism in every facet of our business. Neil holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Diploma of Finance Mortgage Broking Management and is approved as a full member and Credit Advisor with leading industry association MFAA.
